Awa Coastal is a residential home made of two gabled forms linked by a timber-screened outdoor room, set in open grassland below native bush.
The shoot follows the house from the outside in: the courtyard and slatted screens, the vaulted living spaces opening onto the lawn, then the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen in warm late light.
